MANILA, Philippines –  Every woman is beautiful. But last Dec. 4, it was India’s Nicole Faria who was adjudged the most beautiful of them all when she was crowned Miss Earth 2010 at the Vinpearlland Amphitheatre in Vietnam, the first time Miss Earth was held outside the Philippines since its establishment in 2001.

As Miss Earth 2010, Nicole will not only serve as ambassador of goodwill and beauty but will also promote environmental causes close to her heart. Joining in her cause is Filipino beauty giant Ever Bilena, which has been sponsoring the Miss Earth since the beginning. Ever Bilena marketing manager Onin Mas and brand manager Mark Charles Salecina flew to Vietnam to witness the event and lent their support to the beauty pageant with a cause. 

“The event was a success. Having a Filipino organization come up with such big pageant is one thing that we should be proud of,” says Salecina.
