Dr. Mike to Pia: You'll forever be my Miss Philippines!

MANILA, Philippines — Mike Varshavski, dubbed the "sexiest doctor in the world," gave a sweet message to Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach hours before passing on the crown to the next Miss Universe.

In a tweet, Dr. Mike said Wurtzbach will always be his Miss Philippines, even adding a hashtag "come back soon."

After rumors about dating the doctor dubbed by People's magazine as the "sexiest doctor alive," the 26-year-old beauty queen finally admitted that they are indeed going out.

However, she has also emphasized that fans should not worry about anything because Miss Universe will always be her priority.
