More summer treats from Trumpets

MANILA, Philippines - Trumpets Playshop goes full force this summer 2013.

Celebrating 20 solid years of setting the stage for emerging talent, the leading summer workshop in the country is letting no dull moment pass with its amazing line-up of workshops and events, making it bigger, bolder and hotter than it ever was.

Serving as the take-off point of dynamic artists like Christian Bautista, Sam Concepcion, Tippy Dos Santos and Fred Lo, Trumpets Playshop has proven itself as a force to be reckoned with since it opened its doors to everyone and anyone who has a burning passion for the performance arts way back in 1993. Two decades later, it still continues its legacy of honing and producing not just talents or celebrities but people who are at the top of their chosen fields.

Playshop 2013 jumpstarts the summer on April 8, welcoming new and old students of Children’s Theater, Musical Theater, Starpower, Streetdance, Modeling and Public Speaking and Hosting in Podium, Alabang, Global City and other satellite branches throughout the country. Keeping with tradition, all Playshoppers cap off their awesome summer with their own showcase festival at the reknowned RCBC Theater. Whoever you are and whatever performing art you’re interested in, Playshop has a class for you.

This year, Playshop is making history with its Grand Alumni Homecoming Concert on June 1 at the RCBC Theater. Playshoppers of all ages can expect a night jam-packed with performances by its graduates who are making entertainment headlines both here and abroad. This is Playshop’s way of thanking every person who has passed through its doors for the support and trust all throughout these years. Those who will attend the Grand Alumni Homecoming Concert will also be one of the first people in the world who will get a sneak peek of the highly-anticipated Bluebird, Trumpets’ big musical comeback.
