Amaia launches 10th Steps project in Alabang

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - There is no doubt that Alabang is one of the country’s emerging economic growth areas. It ranks 8th in Metro Manila in terms of per capita income and 9th in terms of total income.

Optimistic with the stable growth of Alabang, Amaia Land recently launched its 10th mid-rise residential development, Amaia Steps Alabang, in September.

Strategically located along Alabang-Zapote Road, Amaia Steps Alabang offers quality yet affordable housing for those looking to buy their first homes or those who see real estate as a worthy investment.

Amaia Steps Alabang serves as a financially viable purchase for young upwardly mobile professionals, newly-wed couples, start-up families and even overseas Filipino workers as it provides potential homeowners the quality, expertise and track record of being a subsidiary of the country’s most trusted developer, Ayala Land, at affordable prices offered by Amaia Land.

It addresses every need and concern of potential residents in that segment. Since acquiring the license to sell (LTS) in August, the initial demand for units have come from individuals in their early 30s to 40s, half of which are married and earning not lower than P40,000/month.

The P3.1-billion project, which is expected to be completed by the first half of 2018, has two towers (Blanca and Aria) of nine floors each. The nine-story low density buildings are equipped with elevators, a welcoming lobby and individual mailboxes.

Amenities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, children’s play area, landscaped gardens and jogging path.

In terms of safety and security, Amaia Steps Alabang will provide 24/7 security and CCTVs at key locations. Buildings will be equipped with fire detection and alarm systems, and will be fully compliant with safety standards.

Amaia Steps Alabang’s location is just walking distance to Madrigal Business Park and Northgate Business District. Everything else, whether it’s a school, hospital or a mall, is a short walk or ride away. It is also relatively a short distance from the airport.

With turnover of the first building (Blanca) expected in the second half of 2017, it is almost sold-out, signifying strong interest among buyers.
