Eastwood City gets new landmark

-

MANILA, Philippines - Top global cities are etched in the consciousness of their residents and visitors through their iconic landmarks. Paris boasts of the striking Eiffel Tower. New Yorkers fondly use the Empire State Building to guide their way through the busy streets. And recently, the ostentatious Dubai unveiled the imposing Burj Khalifa.

Here in Eastwood City, the New York-style satellite city where everyone can live, work, play and shop 24/7, a new, modern residential condominium may just take its rightful place in the next few years. “Eastwood LeGrand 3, with its two L-shaped blue glass towers, may just become a landmark within our favorite city,” noted Eastwood City Property Holdings Inc. FVP for Marketing and project head John Natividad.

The two towers of Eastwood LeGrand 3 – named after renowned impressionist painters Renoir and Monet – will rise at the corner of the city’s main artery, Eastwood Ave., and Palm Tree Ave. of the new Palm District. That makes for an impressive address. Down the road are topnotch offices at Eastwood City Cyberpark, while a short walk further down the street are the shopping and dining delights at the new Eastwood Mall.

Just as it has two towers, investors can make a choice between two types of units at Eastwood LeGrand 3. Executive studio and one-bedroom flats are available on the 7th–22nd floors. These units provide the convenience of having the living spaces in one compact area.

The 23rd floor up to the penthouse at the 30th story offers 1- and 2-bedroom loft units. These units’ double height ceilings at the living room provide fantastic views of Eastwood City especially once night sets in. Of course, the bedrooms in the loft section provide a distinct sense of privacy.

Plush amenities round out this modern residential tower. A grand lobby with impressive paintings and sculptural artworks welcomes residents home every night. The sixth-level play deck, meanwhile, offers a long list of recreational options.

Tone your muscles at the swimming pool. Sweat it out at the jogging path and then burn even more unwanted calories at the gym. A game room is also on hand to combine exercise and enjoyment in the same activity. And if you need to relax after such strenuous activities, a trip to the massage room may just be in order.

Eastwood City being known as an entertainment city, residents also have the option to attend to their guests within the confines of Eastwood LeGrand 3. “These amenities will surely earn our residents the distinction of being the toast of the town among their friends and business associates,” Natividad remarked.

If business is the first order of the day, the three function rooms in the building will ensure that deals get closed. To celebrate, organize a delightful party for your family and friends at the culinary station and barbeque pit. The entertainment pavilion is another option for hosting an intimate party well into the night.

“Of course, residents also have the option to celebrate milestones at any of the restaurants and event places within Eastwood City. They can live it up everyday, right here,” according to Natividad.

The modern, stylish landmark of Eastwood LeGrand 3 can only come from Megaworld Corporation, the country’s undisputed #1 developer of residential condominiums.
