The Exchange Regency celebrates triumphant topping-off ceremony

The Exchange Regency’s topping-off ceremony was   accomplished after a total of 1 million man-hours culminated in 422 working days, with zero loss time accident since construction commenced last January 5.

The commemoration of the topping-off ceremony was joined in by representatives of the project team partners. Among those who participated in the pouring of the last concrete slab onto the roof deck are Nobleland Ventures, Inc. President Alfred Lim, Executive Vice President Philip Lim, General Manager Jonas Senia; ASYA Design Partner Principal Architech Albert Yu; CE Construction President and General Manager Johnny Tan; Sy^2 + Associates Inc. Vice President Engr. Wilson Sy; Asian Technicon Managers & Consultants Inc. President/CEO Arch. Felicitas Pio Roda; and CE Construction AVP for Operations Engr. Olympio Caparas. Some discerning unit buyers, being direct beneficiaries of the highly-anticipated project, joined in the pouring of the last concrete slab to complete the ceremony.

After the highest structural point in the tower’s construction has been attained, a grand fireworks display was held on the roofdeck which perfectly wrapped up the momentous occasion. Asumptuous Lunch Buffet was served simultaneously at the project site and at the showroom as a way of thanking the entire project team and unit buyers for playing an integral part in the continued success of The Exchange Regency. Immediately after the morning’s activities, guests and clients were invited to an Open House and cocktail party at the showroom for a glimpse of the tower’s model units and exciting future amenities.
