Peach Tree clubhouse comes to a full bloom

MANILA, Philippines - A new peach has blossomed at the heart of Georgia Club. The sprawling Sta. Rosa, Laguna property by Brittany Corporation, a proud member of the country’s largest home builder, Vista Land & Lifescapes, Inc., has welcomed the latest edition to the growing list of amenities for its residents. The Peach Tree Clubhouse has opened its doors and now welcomes its guests to enjoy the various facilities it has to offer.

Greeting its visitors is a starburst-patterned driveway leading up to an elegant rendition of the opulent architecture of the American South. The coral pink structure with white trimming boasts of an impressive façade in three sections. The center, significantly higher than the others flanking it, has a pediment bearing the insignia of Georgia Club and is being held aloft by four white columns. Underneath is an archway leading into the interior of the Clubhouse.

Six arched windows line the elevated entryway. Painted columns topped with cascading floral arrangements adorn the walls between the arches. On the right side is an enchanting seating area with a wicker swing hanging from the ceiling flanked by matching chairs — creating a fairytale-like ambience within the soft peach-colored interior.

Lovely balance of function, charm

A few steps down and the Clubhouse reveals open function areas on both sides of the stairs. Everything falls under the shade of a semi-circular structure held aloft by 10 white columns punctuated with black iron lanterns. The space opens up to a beautifully landscaped garden filled with black, wrought-iron garden chairs and tables. The function rooms make entertaining of guests more relaxing and intimate.

On the far left is the basketball court which can also be converted into a tennis court. This is where homeowners who love to play, either to stay fit or simply for the fun of it, can dish out a game or two. Opposite the convertible basketball and tennis court is the blue-tiled swimming pool where residents can spend fun family times or just swim to relax and stay healthy.
