Federal Land celebrates early Lotus Tower handover

A lavish "Welcome Home" party for new owners was held to celebrate the early handover of units at Lotus Tower, Oriental Garden Makati in Don Chino Roces, Ave. Executives and clients of real estate giant Federal Land attended the Mooncake Festival-themed event.
In his opening speech, Federal Land first vice-president for marketing Ramon Aldaba offered a toast in "gratitude to unit owners for their trust and confidence in Federal Land." He added that the Welcome Home party is "dedicated to those who have eagerly awaited an early move-in to their new homes." The gathering gave unit owners the opportunity to meet their neighbors in Lotus Tower, as well as the contractors that made possible the earlier-than-scheduled turnover.
