Asterra rolls out affordable condos

MANILA, Philippines — Asterra has started rolling out its condominium units in choice locations outside the metro as it sets into motion its vision of providing Filipinos classy homes at affordable prices.

A personal project of Vista Land and Golden MV Holdings chairman Manny Villar, the Asterra brand seeks to provide value-for-money condo units with stylish features and finishing, comfort and timeless design to aspiring homeowners in the countryside.

“Affordability and quality need not be mutually exclusive. Asterra is setting a new benchmark by showcasing budget-friendly homes with classic design, state-of-the-art facilities, and beautiful living spaces,” Villar said.

With this upgrade, Asterra is ultimately giving a new face to affordable condo living, and placing trendy modern homes within reach of many average Filipinos.

Targeting young professionals, entrepreneurs, retirees, and families of overseas Filipino workers, Asterra has broken ground in prime locations such as General Trias in  Cavite and Calamba, Laguna.

Asterra is fast-tracking its projects all over the Philippines and aggressively promoting these – online and on the ground – in order to reach its target audiences.

It has trained its sights on the potentially rich market that comprises OFWs, offering them immensely profitable investment prospects.

“Now is a good time for OFWs to invest in real estate,” said Neil Almonte, head of Asterra North Luzon Division. “That’s why we’re here to help them and make sure they don’t miss out on this opportunity.”

And because Asterra projects will rise only in suburban locales that promise economic and investment opportunities, financially literate OFWs know that their dream condo home is likewise a great way to generate passive income. Renting out their units will ensure a steady stream of income that can be used to upgrade their interiors or saved up for the younger generation’s needs.
