MAILBOX: No longer connected

Today you published an article titled “Next big tech start-up may come from Phl,” written by Rainier Allan Ronda. In it Mr. Ronda stated that Winston Damarillo “continues to head his own tech ventures Exist, Acaleph Storage and MorphLabs.”

The statement that Mr. Damarillo continues to head MorphLabs is incorrect. While I acknowledge that Mr. Damarillo was the former CEO of Morphlabs, his term effectively ended in 2012. He is no longer involved in the management or day to day operations of the company.

I formally request that you issue a correction to the statement.
