New Holiday Inn targets execs

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - The band of international executive travelers who make staying at Holiday Inn a habit is among the set of clients of pre-opening promos of the newest purposely built Holiday Inn & Suites Makati (HISM).

And beyond the roster of loyal Holiday Inn customers worldwide, HISM executives are certain more travelers to and within the Philippines are soon bound to experience the benefits of engaging with the Holiday Inn brand after the hotel launch this quarter.

“International business travelers make up the bulk of Holiday Inn & Suites Makati’s pre-opening sales,” said Maricor Aquino, director of sales and marketing of Holiday Inn & Suites Makati. Aquino said 90 percent of the reservations were done via the hotel’s online portal.

Business travelers find the Makati CBD location of the hotel attractive. At the heart of Ayala Center, with direct access to Glorietta Mall, the 20-story hotel gives guests added options for leisure activities in a secure location.

Aquino also cites that the hotel’s affiliation with the Priority Club Rewards (PCR) program helps with the visibility of its pre-launch rates.

“The Priority Club Rewards program is the largest loyalty program in the world. It is recognized in over 4,000 hotels of the Inter-Continental Hotels Group (IHG) worldwide including the Holiday Inn brand. The loyalty program makes staying at Holiday Inn and Suites Makati more rewarding by allowing guests to collect points or airline miles with every qualifying room rate,” she states.
