BACOLOD CITY, Philippines — Two men died when a truck hit their motorcycle in Talisay, Negros Occidental on Saturday.

Allan Bedonia, 55, and his nephew Rodrigo, 22, were declared dead on arrival at the Talisay City Emergency Clinic.

Truck driver Jose Kenneth Verbo was taken to the police station for investigation.

The vehicles were traveling along the Bacolod-Silay access road in Barangay Efigenio Lizares when the truck rear-ended the motorcycle.

The Bedonias were thrown off the motorcycles.

Meanwhile, in Quezon, one died while four others were injured when a truck collided with two tricycles in Pagbilao town yesterday morning.

Police have yet to identify the victims.
