Agusan Sur town CENRO staffer shot

BUTUAN CITY, Philippines – A technical staffer of the Community Natural Resources and Environment Office in San Francisco, Agusan del Sur was shot and wounded outside his residence Sunday night, police said.

In a report, the San Francisco police said the victim, Alfredo Madrona Bulatete, 57, was rushed by his neighbors in Barangay Lapinigan to the D.O. Plaza Memorial Hospital in Properidad, Agusan del Sur. 

Police said it was Barangay Lapinigan chairman Dante Miro who reported the incident to the police.
