MANILA, Philippines — Do you send gifts or write Lee Min Ho love letters?

If you do, then here’s good news for you: He opens all his fans’ presents and reads all their letters!

Reacting to his viral photo showing him with many presents from fans all over the world at his birthday last June 22, the Korean superstar revealed at last Sunday’s fan meet for SMDC that although he loves to be the one who gives presents rather than receive them, he is still happy to receive good tidings from his fans.

“Thankfully, during my birthday, a lot of fans send me precious gifts, so every year, I get to spend one happy day,” Lee shared via an interpreter.

As gratitude for his fans’ efforts, he opens all of his gifts: “And at home, I was able to read the letters of my fans and whenever I have time, I check the presents once again.”

Likewise, he admitted to "Googling" himself often to try to read all stories written about him.

More than just warming his heart, his fans are also his secret to looking good all these years.

“My secret to being able to stay for so long is because of your love,” he vouched.

“The love that I see from my fans, it allows me to become a better person. That’s why I myself, receive that kind of energy from my fans, I try my best to return it to them, too.” — Videos by Deni Bernardo
