A new kind of excitement awaits Kapuso viewers

MANILA, Philippines - Favorite weekday evening habit continues as more much-loved movies, dubbed by sought-after artists of GMA Network, being aired via Kapuso Primetime Cinema.

Considered by many as one of the most terrifying films, prepare to be haunted as Insidious airs tonight. Lending voices to the characters Josh and Renai Lambert are Mikael Daez and Bettina Carlos. From creaking doors to raspy whispers, brace yourselves as the movie tackles a story of a family trying to get their son back, who fell into a coma after a mysterious incident.

Have a good laugh by Tuesday night as Greg Heffley (Zachary Gordon) gets back in middle school after summer vacation in The Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Rodrick Rules. As Greg, dubbed by Renz Valerio, renews his attempts to be popular in school, he tries to put behind his summer adventures. Unfortunately, his brother Rodrick knows about the incident Greg wants to keep. Will Greg be able to keep his secret safe?

Directed by David Ellis, it’s going to be an action-packed Wednesday night with New Line Cinema’s Snakes on a Plane. After he witnessed the murder of an American prosecutor, Sean Jones (Nathan Phillips), dubbed by Dion Ignacio, goes aboard with FBI Agent Neville Flynn (Samuel Jackson) to testify in Los Angeles against a mob boss. Tension heightens as they find out that the plane is full of deadly snakes.   

By Thursday, televiewers will be amused by the animated musical adventure-comedy Rio featuring the voice of Mikoy Morales. Visually stunning — from grand festivity to outstanding beaches and mountain views, Rio will take everyone to a journey of excitement and fun with macaw birds Blu (Jesse Eisenberg) and Jewel (Anne Hathaway) as they take off on an adventure in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.  

Friday will be loaded with lots of laughter as four men go for a 24-hour stag party in Las Vegas in The Hangover. Featuring the voices of Lucho Ayala and Moymoy Palaboy, witness the bizarre situations of Phil (Bradley Cooper), Stu (Ed Helms), and Alan (Zach Galifianakis) as they make their way around the city to find their missing friend Doug (Justin Bartha). Will they be able to find Doug just in time for his wedding?
