Puerto Princesa's Ambassadress of Goodwill

MANILA, Philippines - Before she was declared first runner-up in the recent 2011 Miss World pageant in London, Gwendoline Ruais was named Ambassadress of Goodwill of Puerto Princesa during the Miss World-Philippines gala presentation in the city last Sept. 17. Gwendoline was also named Miss Puerto Princesa during the same event. The award was given to Gwendoline by Puerto Princesa Mayor Edward Hagedorn.
