Richard's TV special wins bronze world medal

MANILA, Philippines - Richard Gutierrez recently added another feather in his cap when Planet Philippines, the environmental special he hosts on GMA 7, won the Bronze World Medal at the New York Festivals (Television and Film Awards).

The awards ceremony was held at the American Airlines Theater in Los Angeles, California.

The award has inspired Richard to come up with more shows dedicated to the environment.

In fact, he will have a quarterly environmental special on GMA 7.

It is also a great honor, not only for Richard, but for the country as well.
