VR Player

Sphereplay’s “VR Player” is a versatile virtual reality (VR) content player for Android devices, one which can be configured to playback VR movies on non-gyroscope enabled smartphones at limited head-tracking levels.

Lightweight and easy to use, the app can play side-by-side or over-under VR videos – projecting them in various modes covering sphere, dome or cylinder formats.

Though it works best with Android devices that have a gyroscope and the latest Android version installed, the app can emulate head-tracking modes on certain smartphone models that have an accelerometer and compass.
