MAP names Donald Lim as 78th president

MANILA, Philippines — The Management Association of the Philippines (MAP) has elected DITO CME Holdings Corp. president Donald Lim to lead the business group in 2026.
In a statement, MAP said Lim would be serving as the business group’s 78th president.
Lim has held various leadership roles in corporate management, entrepreneurship, national advocacy, education and even military service.
As founding president of the Blockchain Council of the Philippines, the Cybersecurity Council of the Philippines and the Global AI (Artificial Intelligence) Council Philippines, Lim has played a key role in shaping the country’s digital economy.
He has also helped position the country as an emerging hub for technology adoption, digital governance and future-ready leadership.
As part of his commitment to help build a digitally empowered Philippines, Lim has taught at leading universities and written several books such as ‘Cybersecurity Unmasked,’ ‘Blockchain Unlocked’ and the upcoming ‘AI Unleashed.’
In addition, Lim serves in the Philippine Air Force Reserve Command as a Group Commander with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
He has been recognized for his work and received awards such as the TOYM (The Outstanding Young Men) Award for Community Building in Digital Media and the Agora Award for Marketing Communications.
