Sotto delivers speech on Pasay City festival deaths

Sen. Vicente "Tito" Sotto III, who is vying for Senate presidency, delivers a privilege on the five deaths at a musical festival in Pasay City earlier this month.

Two of the victims were found to have died of heart attack, while authorities are suspecting illegal drug distribution and use at the event.

"Teenagers and young adults are not usually victims of sudden heart attacks," Sotto says.
