Entrepreneurs learn resto hacks in Tagaytay
TAGAYTAY CITY, Philippines (As released) — Another successful phase of Restaurant Hacks by Globe myBusiness and Zomato Philippines happened in Tagaytay City.
The event was held at one of the most beautiful and iconic venues in the area, Balay Dako.
For this series, restaurant owners from Tagaytay, Cavite and Laguna were all invited to learn from the Philippines’ industry leaders – Miko Aspiras, JJ Yulo, Niko Frez and Chester Cabrera.
Miko Aspiras opened the program with an inspiring segment. He discussed his passion for desserts and made sure that all the delegates in attendance remained motivated and excited to excel in the industry.
JJ Yulo then delivered an eye-opening talk on how to make a restaurant survive in the current Philippine scene.
Niko Frez, the Segment Marketing Head of Globe myBusiness shared digital solutions to hack business growth.
And as a fun conclusion to the program, Chester Cabrera the Marketing Head of Booze Online Inc. distributed Hoegaarden to all the delegates while they learned how to curate the perfect beer menu.
What a productive day! Certainly, the restaurant owners parted ways with a new bag of tricks up their sleeve, thanks to Globe myBusiness and Zomato Philippines.
