Saret holds sports seminar

MANILA, Philippines - Coach Jimbo Saret, a US certified performance enhancement specialist, will conduct a seminar-workshop on Athletic Performance Enhancement (APEX) March 7 at the F. Benitez Alumni Center, University of the Philippines Campus, from 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

The seminar is open to all school/college coaches, athletes, club trainers, students and sports and fitness enthusiasts.

Topics include advancements in sports training, training athletes the scientific way, how to develop functional strength and power, right way to do plyometrics, five exercise drills to unlock hidden speed, balance and stability, speed, agility and quckness training, recovery and regeneration from training. Participants will be trained to become sports trainers.
