Vanquish fat with Aivee

THE PEPPER MILL - Pepper Teehankee - The Philippine Star

Painless, quick and effective.

The Aivee Aguilar-Teo M.D. Anti-Aging Institute just launched its  newest machine called “Vanquish” at Aivee Teo’s clinic located in Bonifacio Global City.  Dr. Aivee and her husband Z Teo brought the latest way to vanquish fat through this new device.

Guests witnessed the sate-of-the art machine that can transform one’s midsection in just weeks!  BTL Aesthetics, the European company that manufactures the Vanquish machine, had its Southeast Asia regional manager Petra Kopecka explain to some members of the media how the machine works. Vanquish is a revolutionary selective radio frequency system with a patented technology that delivers a noninvasive effective solution. The session is short, painless and has no downtime.

The Aivee Aguilar-Teo Skin & Laser Clinic was established in 2002 and has branches in Manila and Singapore. Her main clinic is located at 2nd Floor, East Bldg., Forbestown Center Burgos Circle, Bonifacio Global City.

The “Global Art of Mixing” once again conquered Manila recently with its Hennessy Artistry Manila Halo 2014 — a fusion of music, culture and Hennessy!

The event was held at the Samsung Hall and the open deck area of SM Aura Premier in Taguig City.

Several international and local artists performed in the event.  DJ Jessica Milner with Ira Cruz first took the stage inside the hall while DJ Emel Rowe warmed up the crowd at the open deck.

Hosts for the night international TV host Oli Pettigrew and Asia’s Next Top Model Season 1 finalist Helena Chan opened the show. Urbandub, with its lead vocalist Gabby Alipe, performed their hits First of Summer and Soul Searching.  Australian pop star Timomatic showed his signature moves and performed with Nicole Asensio and drummer duo Motherbass.  The most sought-after performance of this year’s Halo event was the DJ duo Kim Lee and Kat Nova, internationally known as DJ KimKat. These two ladies, expert in electronic dance music, hip-hop and trance, have successfully gained performances with several high-profile collaborators. Timomatic shared the stage with DJ KimKat and bolstered the party spirit.

Area director Steven Bullock and associate director for marketing of Moët Hennessy Asia Pacific Angela Lam also came to celebrate the perfect blending of the world’s best cognac with the current trends in music and style.

Hennessy Cognac was served throughout the night with its five best mixers: Apple, Berry, Citrus, Ginger and Iced Tea. Hennessy Artistry also promoted responsible drinking and gave everyone free water and cups of hot coffee from Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf to soothe their bodies and drive home safely.

Hennessy Artistry, the global art of mixing, has conquered cities from Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Taipei, Tokyo, Kuala Lumpur, Hanoi, New York, Los Angeles, Miami, London to Germany, Poland, Moscow and South Africa, becoming a truly international trendsetter of music and style.
