General Assembly sa Seniors Coop mipili og mga sakop sa Board of Directors

Ang mga sakop sa United Senior Citizens Multi-Purpose Cooperative of Cebu City, Inc, mipili karong bag-o sa mga sakop sa Board of Directors alang sa tuig 2012-2013. Napili sila si Engr. Felix Abella, Mary Aleonar, Lolie Burgos, Antonio Casagnap, Jr., Esperanza Dioko, Vic Guinto, Jr., Chit Lugo, Dominica Nacua, Cecille Olita, Vita Padilla, Flor Pesquera, Flora Velez, Gloria Villaflor. 

Ang mga opisyales: Dr. Nick Maglasang, chairperson; Dodong Casinillo, co-chairperson; Teresita Delfin, secretary; Lita Lumibaw, treasurer.

Agi og pahinumdom sa mga sakop niini, ang primary objectives pagtukod sa kooperatiba, sumala sa atong Article of Cooperation, mao kining mosunod:

1. To uplift the socio-economic status of all members of the United Senior Citizen Multi-Purpose Cooperative of Cebu City, by providing them quality assistance within their reach and thus making them healthy and productive to maximize their contribution to national development;

2. To encourage among the cooperative members economical management to savings;

3. To inculcate ownership and effective management in the implementation of rules and by-laws of the cooperative savings; and

4. To provide each member and other clients efficient services with the least minimum effort and cost.

a) Pay the installment of his share capital subscription as it falls due and to participate in the capital build-up and savings mobilization activities of the Cooperative;

b) Patronize the Cooperative’s businesses and services; 

c) Participate in the membership education programs;

d) Attend and participate in the deliberation of all matters taken during the general assembly meetings; 

e) Observe and obey all lawful orders, decisions, rules ands regulations adopted by the Board of Directors and the general assembly;

f) Promote the goals and objectives of the Cooperative movement in general.
