'Summary execution' victim found along Benguet highway

TUBA, Benguet -  Another alleged victim of “summary execution” was found along the infamous “Poyopoy area” along Marcos Highway in Taloy Sur here.

Already decomposing, the male victim’s ankles were tied, his neck was tied with an iron wire and fan belt and his eyes and mouth wrapped with a masking tape, was found dumped on Sunday afternoon by a resident, said Benguet police director Sr. Supt. Rodolfo Azurin Jr.

The authorities have yet to identify the victim.
