Cup of Joe, TJ Monterde perform hits at 2026 Round Festival

MANILA, Philippines — Artists from across Southeast Asia and South Korea came together through music at the 2026 Round Festival held at the Araneta Coliseum on April 18.
Filipino acts included in the festival's first-day lineup were OPM singer-songwriter TJ Monterde and band Cup of Joe.
Monterde delivered a heartfelt performance of his hit song "Palagi" with his wife, KZ Tandingan, watching from the audience, sending fans into a frenzy.
He was also joined onstage by South Korean singer 10CM for their collaboration song "Silver," which they previously performed at TJ's "Sarili Nating Mundo" concert in 2025.
Cup of Joe energized the crowd with performances of "Multo," "Tingin," and "Sandali" from their upcoming EP, closing the first day of 2026 Round Festival.
Indonesian singer and "To the Bone" hitmaker Pamungkas performed his popular track along with an unreleased song, while Malaysian artist MIMIFLY also showcased an unreleased song during her set.
From South Korea, indie folk duo MeloMance once again captivated the audience with "Love, Maybe," an OST of the popular K-drama series "A Business Proposal."
Adding heavier sounds to the lineup, metal band Velocity from Myanmar delivered a powerful rock set, while Brunei's Syafiq Abdilah impressed the crowd with a cover of OPM hit "Pasilyo" by SunKissed Lola, alongside his original songs.
P-pop groups HORI7ON, KAIA and 1st One opened the first day and set the tone with high-energy performances.
The Round Festival is an ASEAN–Korea Music Festival project that started in 2020, aiming to "promote exchanges between Korea and ASEAN countries through popular music."
The second day of the festival is happening today, April 19, featuring performances from Ben&Ben, HORI7ON and other artists across Southeast Asia and South Korea.
