Vienna Boys' Choir Manila shows canceled
MANILA, Philippines — Ovation Productions has released refund guidelines for those who bought tickets to the two canceled shows of Vienna Boys Choir later this month.
The Vienna Boys Choir was scheduled to hold concerts at the Newport Performing Arts Theater on April 26 and 27.
The production company said that the cancelation of the shows was due to “unforeseen circumstances.”
Both the Austrian Embassy and Ovation Productions posted the announcement. Ovation, meanwhile, shared ticketholders to both shows instructions on how to get their refunds.
Those who purchased their tickets online will have their money automatically processed back to their original form of payment within seven to 14 business days.
Those who bought from ticketing outlets are requested to visit the outlet where they bought the ticket. They can claim their refund upon presenting the physical ticket and a valid ID.
