MANILA, Philippines — Actress Anya Taylor-Joy made a surprise appearance at the world premiere of "Dune: Part Two" in London, United Kingdom, confirming her participation in the highly-anticipated movie.

Anya walked the sandy red carpet wearing a white outfit and a shroud that only revealed her face to accompany the cast of the film and its director Denis Villeneuve.

Numerous media outlets further confirmed that Anya is playing a major character in the continued adaptation of Frank Herbert's novel. Villeneuve said the production had trouble keeping Anya's role a secret.

"This is a dream come true," said the award-winning actress. "The books are incredible, but with this cast and with Denis, it doesn't get any better than that."

The actress also praised the film as the best she's "ever seen in her life" and that the director "killed it."
