MANILA, Philippines — Actress Kim Chiu revealed that it was Batangas vice governor Mark Leviste who made her reunion with Kris Aquino possible.

In an interview with the media during the "Linlang" thanksgiving press conference, Kim said she is happy to finally meet her "Ate" Kris again.

Kim said that she turned emotional when she met Kris but held back her tears because Kris did not want her to cry.

“Naiyak ako, as in sobra.

Kim also said that Kris is now doing better than before.

“Ate is doing well na ngayon now. Not super well, but better than before. Masaya ako na nakita ko siya, nakayakap ko siya," she said.
