HOLLYWOOD — The bad blood is over between two international pop stars as Katy Perry sends Taylor Swift an olive wreath and a handwritten note before Taylor’s "Reputation" world tour show.

In her Instagram story, Taylor posted a video wherein there is a gift-boxed olive branch, which is a symbol of peace, sent to her with a note from Katy. The note featured Perry's dog Nugget and started with the words "Hello Old Friend."

"I just went to my dressing room and found this actual olive branch. This means so much to me," Taylor said in the Instagram story.

She placed a heart emoji on the video and wrote “Thank you, Katy.”

The letter in the video was too small, but a Twitter user zoomed in the letter and pointed out the letter looks like saying: “Hello old friend, I’ve been doing some reflecting on past miscommunications and hard feelings between us. I really want to clear the air... I’m deeply sorry for..."

The feud between the two pop stars reportedly began around 2013, when Perry allegedly recruited back her dancers from her “California Dreams” tour to join her “Prismatic” tour, while they were still signed up on Swift’s “Red” world tour.

Swift admitted in a 2014 interview with Rolling Stone that her song “Bad Blood” is about a female pop star who “tried to sabotage an entire arena tour” by hiring “a bunch of people out from under me."

Swift, known for writing songs about her exes and so-called “enemies” like Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, is also believed to have made a parody of Perry in her music video for first hit from latest album “Reputation,” “Look What You Made Me Do.”

In turn, Perry is said to have released “Swish Swish” as answer to Swift’s “Bad Blood.” The song’s title also sounds like Swift’s name. The song also featured Nicki Minaj, who also had a rift with Swift. — Reports from Jan Milo Severo
