Family Feud is back

-

MANILA, Philippines - The game show that every family loves to play is back. Get ready for a fast-paced and big-time entertainment as GMA 7’s top-rating and widely-popular game show, Family Feud, returns for a bigger and fun second season.

Premiering Oct. 19, Family Feud will be hosted again by Richard Gomez who has proven his mettle in hosting a TV game show.

Richard has a lot of surprises up his sleeve. Aside from big cash prizes and bonus giveaways, major changes were made on the show’s set to give the second installment a “brand-new look.” A more high-tech playing mode, advanced lighting effects and fabulous studio arrangement were integrated to make it at par with its international counterpart.

What’s more, this season launches a nationwide audition for families who want to experience the thrill of being live contestants in the game show. Auditions are held in key cities in the Philippines including Cebu, Davao, Iloilo and Dagupan. The families who pass the auditions will be flown in to Manila with accommodations and travel expenses paid for by the show.

The battle is on once more for two competing families of four as they try to outsmart each other with what the “survey said” in polls conducted with 100 people. Whoever accumulates the most points in four rounds advances to the “Fast Money” round where they may win the grand prize of as much as P150,000.

The defending family has a maximum of four lucky tries at the jackpot, after which they yield the crown to a new champion.

Which family will pass, play, steal or strike? Well, the family that plays together, wins together!

Family Feud replaces Hole in the Wall, Monday to Friday before Ikaw Sana.
