Rubbing elbows with Tyra

SIZZLING HOT - SIZZLING HOT By Juliana Palermo -
Los Angeles –- I was very lucky to get the chance to make it inside the CBS studio for Tyra Banks‚ taping.

One of the associate producers, Michael Carandang, was the one who called up a common friend, RD Alba, and asked if we wanted to watch their show and be one of the planted audience.

I was so excited and literally jumping around when I got RD’s phone call.

Tyra is absolutely someone I’ve dreamt of meeting in person. She defines the word "sexy." She is definitely "TYRAlicious" from head to toe.

The whole point of me going was to be in the audience and be the one she would call up for a brief question and answer.

I was supposed to pretend to get the answer wrong and go up next to Tyra for a quick chat.

I’m telling you, Tyra’s presence is overwhelming. She lights up the room as soon as she walks in. She is very friendly and seems to know exactly what she was doing up there in front of the camera.

A supermodel can only stand as one of the few titles she has earned for herself. She was a very good host and entertainer.

Her interaction with her audience is very warm and real.

You would know for a fact that she loves what she does and her audience.

That was my first time to watch an actual taping of an American TV show and I was amazed at how much work they put into making sure every single person in that room was comfortable and hyped up before they started the show.

They even had a room and a different set of people for hair and another set just for makeup.

The people in these two rooms were the ones who made sure the audience looked good as well.

It seems to me that the entertainment industry here has its own unique way of taking care of their viewers.

They made sure we were comfortable in our waiting areas and even made sure that what we were wearing looked good on TV.

I didn’t feel in any way less of a person just sitting in the audience section.

The topic was all about sex, and Tyra’s guest was Sue Johanson, a registered nurse and sex expert.

I was surprised at how open and casual they discussed the matter.

Well, I actually felt right at home! I mean, discussing sex matters is clearly not something I’ve never done before.

I just didn’t expect them to be so liberated. I’ve never learned so much about sex in one sitting of 30 minutes.

It was very informative and these are things people should really be aware of when it comes to sexual matters.

There’s a whole new world to this and there are so many crazy things we never thought of about sex.

Here are some: The latest sexual position is called the "77," because this is when two people "spoon" (where they lay sideways, facing the same direction to the side while hugging each other) and have their legs positioned in different ways to make love.

Eighty-seven percent of women need to have oral stimulation to achieve an orgasm. I thought the good old missionary style would be good enough! Well, I guess not then.

Anyhow, the brain is the women’s main sex organ because it allows us to explore, imagine and take things to a whole new different level. It’s more erotic that way.

In this case, 85 percent of men seem to enjoy phone sex as well. Another important thing we should all know is that the "G-spot" of a woman is only about 1 to 1.5 inches into the vagina.

This means that it really doesn’t need much to get there. (wink wink) There’s a lot more interesting things to learn about this magical and wonderful world of adults.

But for now, let us keep those few important things in mind and have nice, happy and healthy sex lives.

Not to mention, sex burns calories. So, for those of you who have put on a little "holiday weight," you know what to do! Have a great Sunday!
