Goldberry Suites rules SHABA caging
CEBU, Philippines - Goldberry Suites dethroned Gaisano Capital Savers Choice by the slimmest of all margins, 54-53, to emerge as the new champion in the Sacred Heart Alumni Basketball Association (SHABA) Primary Homes Cup at the SHS-Ateneo de Cebu gym in Bgry. Canduman, Mandaue City.
Dave Lim became the hero of Goldberry Suites when he converted two free throws in the final 10 seconds of the contest that turned out to be the game-clincher.
Lim finished with only eight points, but converted the day's most crucial points. Dave Ting topped Goldberry Suites with 21 points, while Dennis Que added 19 markers.
