Suspected drug pusher nabbed in Toledo City
CEBU, Philippines - A suspected drug pusher was arrested during a buy-bust operation in Barangay Matab-ang Toledo City Saturday evening.
Jason Nadal Capocung, 20, resident of the said place, was caught in the act of selling a pack of suspected shabu to an undercover policeman. A team of policemen led by Sr. Inspector Rully Lauron conducted the buy-bust operation at around 8:30 p.m. after receiving reports of the prevalence of drug trading in the area.
Confiscated from the suspect were two small sachets of white crystalline substance believed to be shabu and the P500 bill used as marked money.
Capocung is now detained in Toledo City Police Station awaiting for the filing of the criminal complaint for violation of Sec. 5 Article II of R.A. 9165 otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act. — (FREEMAN)
