MANILA, Philippines — Southlinks Estate, a new high-end residential community south of Metro Manila, advances toward its targeted completion in the second quarter of 2026.

Located in Las Piñas within the Alabang neighborhood, Southlinks Estate is a flagship project of Height Realty and backed by the Philippine Bank of Communications through a credit facility agreement signed last year.

The development spans 33.6 hectares of prime land and offers a rare combination of exclusivity, sustainability and modern luxury.

In a recent briefing, Height Realty president and CEO Kevin Wong said the development is proceeding as planned and is on track for completion by the second quarter of 2026, positioning Southlinks as a strategic investment at its current pricing.

Once development is completed, valuations are expected to go up, he said.

In the same briefing, real estate advisor David Leechiu said south metro is becoming more attractive now given the congestion in existing business districts such as Makati and Bonifacio Global City.

At current prices, rates in the area are still relatively cheaper compared to Makati and BGC, he said, making residential lots in the area attractive at current valuations.

Southlinks is offering 336 residential lots across 31 blocks. Forty percent of the area will be dedicated to green open spaces.

As part of its low-density blueprint, the community offers wide breathing room between lots, ensuring not only privacy but also a sense of openness increasingly rare in Metro Manila’s suburban developments.

The estate’s land development is more than 50 percent complete with the site’s underground utilities and road works progressing on schedule.

Wong noted that Southlinks Estate presents a curated lifestyle rather than just residential lots.

At the heart of the estate is a centerpiece touted to be Metro Manila’s largest residential clubhouse.

Once completed, the clubhouse will house multiple sports amenities such as indoor basketball and tennis courts, a full-service fitness center and many other leisure facilities.

An exclusive underground walkway will connect the clubhouse to a lifestyle and retail center, allowing residents to enjoy seamless access without compromising on privacy or security.

With environmental sensitivity in mind, Southlinks is currently undergoing certification under the BERDE (Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence) system, which ensures sustainable and climate-resilient development.

Security is another cornerstone of the Southlinks vision. The entire estate will be protected by a state-of-the-art system featuring CCTV surveillance and RFID access controls.

Southlinks Estate’s development partners include some of the biggest names in the industry namely, AECOM (master planner), Rios (concept architect, clubhouse, lifestyle center and hotel design), Prime BMD (main contractor) and pdp+architecture (local architect).
