New online selling platform launched
MANILA, Philippines — A local marketing company has launched an online network aimed at providing livelihood opportunities to millions of Filipinos who lost their jobs during the ongoing coronavirus crisis.
The WeEvolve platform is an avenue for online-savvy Filipino netizens to earn income in order to financially support a family by having a home-based online business.
“With proper knowledge and training about these kinds of livelihood opportunities, there is little to no reason for Filipinos to further struggle financially,” said Alvin Sahagun, WeEvolve Marketing Corp. president.
He said the company has already started offering livelihood opportunities to Filipinos across the country.
WeEvolve chairman Roy Cueto said while they already have 28,000 online sellers, they target to have 100,000 members within the year.
For a quick-start fee of only P1,200, anyone can become a member and earn a 30 percent profit per product they sell.
Members can level up to selling more products from the WeEvolve line once they get the hang of the business and are ready to sell more from the different product categories.
Included in the product list are Food and Drug Administration-approved skin care, weight loss, healthcare, prebiotic and probiotic products through a hybrid compensation plan.
