Tagaytay Highlands posts 21% higher EBITDA in 2019

MANILA, Philippines — Tagaytay Highlands, the premier mountain resort development of Belle Corp., posted substantial gains last year as its earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) went up by 21 percent to 364 million from 301 million in 2018.

The company said this performance reflected its higher margin products comprising of new developments, improvements in facilities and amenities, as well as expansion of its existing portfolio.
