Seminar on best practices in project feasibility studies

MANILA, Philippines — The Center for Global Best Practices will host a pioneering program titled, Best Practices, in Project Feasibility Study and Analysis, on Dec. 13 and 14, 2018 at the Manila Marriott Hotel, Pasay City.

Learn how to score winning projects by conducting a feasibility study and carefully assessing its results – whether it is investment-worthy or not. This two-day training is designed to fully equip participants with the global standards in determining the feasibility of a project in various aspects such as marketing, technical, organizational, social, environmental, financial and economic impact on your businesses. Gain knowledge on how you can prepare your very own risk assessment matrix that will suit your business goals and identify possible sources for project funds.

This program will feature course director and lecturer, Rufo Mendoza. He was the chairman of finance and accounting department and program director of the Master in Development Management in Public Finance at the Asian Institute of Management. He was the vice chair of the Professional Regulatory Board of Accountancy and the chair of Continuing Professional Development Council for Accountancy. His consulting experiences include engagements with The World Bank, Australian Agency for International Development, United States Agency for International Development, United Nations Development Program, and European Commission. He was a national awardee as Outstanding CPA in Professional Development (2008) and in Government Service (2010) of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountant.
