CBRE Phls represents AsPac in int’l awards

MANILA, Philippines - For the second consecutive year, property consultancy firm CBRE Philippines is the lone Philippine company to make it to the prestigious global level of competitions of the International Property Awards (IPA), to be held in London this December.

Last year, CBRE Philippines won as the world’s Best Lettings Agency, besting representative country winners of other regions such as Africa, Europe, the America, United Kingdom and the Middle East.

This year, CBRE Philippines will represent Asia Pacific in two categories: World’s Best Lettings Agency and Property Consultancy Website.

CBRE Philippines bagged the national and regional awards in these categories at the Asia Pacific Property Awards, the regional precursor of the IPA, held last May in Kuala Lumpur. CBRE Philippines also won Best Real Estate Agency Marketing, Best Property Consultancy, and Best Property Consultancy Marketing in the Philippines. It garnered a citation of Highly Commended Real Estate Agency in the Philippines as well. In total, CBRE Philippines has won eight awards thus far.
