8 teams vie in NCR Passarelle final
MANILA, Philippines – Eight teams are competing in NCR regional finals of the annual SBP (Small Basketeers of the Philippines) – Passarelle twin tournament.
The event, organized by Basketball Efficiency and Scientific Training (BEST) Center, is set Oct. 2 at the Jacinto Tiu competition court of Xavier School.
Vying for the SBP NCR championship are Ateneo Grade School and La Salle Greenhills, while Adamson University and La Salle Greenhills A will fight it out in the Passarelle division.
Other regional playoffs will be held Oct. 21-24 in Davao City for Mindanao, Nov. 4-7 in Baguio for Luzon and Nov. 18-21 in Roxas City for Visayas.
The regional winners clash in the national finals set in Bacolod Dec. 3-4.
BEST, the multi-awarded league for basketball and volleyball, is sponsored by Milo and supported by Chris Sports and Rain or Shine.
