DAGUPAN CITY — Presidential candidate Manuel "Mar" Roxas II opened Sunday night's last presidential debate vowing to provide 10 million jobs under his presidency with a growing economy.

"Nakikita ko ang isang bansa na malaya sa takot, kung mahirap ka, may tiyak kang tinitirhan. Kung ikaw ay tinamaan ng sakit, lindol, bagyo o kahit anong sakuna, ang gobyerno mo ang sasagot sa iyo," Roxas said.
