Kris Aquino remains mum on new love

MANILA, Philippines - Her fans will just have to keep on guessing.

 

On her official Instagram account on Tuesday, March 25, TV host-actress Kris Aquino said she chooses to keep her love life and the identify of her new love private.

 

This is after the "Kris TV" host earlier revealed she is currently dating someone.

"I can't pretend I haven't read your comments, questions & speculations about my relationship status & part of that is my fault for sharing so much of my heart in these posts, but I want what we have to work so forgive me for choosing to not reveal his identity," Kris said on her Instagram post. 

 

The 43-year-old Kapamilya artist added she knows she makes a living from the "support and goodwill" of the public, but adds, "I owe myself this chance at lasting happiness."

 

Kris added, "We are a work in progress & each day has challenges, yet each day I also feel he encourages me to be a better me," 

 

"I'm learning understanding, respect, and maturity because he is intelligent, hard working, patient, simple, humble, funny, grounded & stable, YES he is what I've been praying for." 

 

Although Kris has remained mum on the issue, she has been dropping hints about the identity of her new love on her morning show "Kris TV." Reports say Kris hinted they guy is in his mid-40s.

 

In a column published on Friday, March 21, STAR entertainment editor Ricky Lo wrote that, according to his source, Kris' secret love is "an actor-politician who has never been married but has kids by two (or three?) different women. He’s intelligent and has the "means, and is well-liked by denizens of both showbiz and politics."
