Posters being used as tarps

AT LEAST THEY HELPED. The volunteers of a certain candidate found out that someone regularly takes down the posters they hung at a common poster area. At first they suspected it was the work of a rival camp, but they later found out street kids took them down to use as a mat or tarp when they sleep.

“Giganahan tingali sa materyal,” one of them was heard saying.
