Should real estate ads be changed?

ADS SO WHITE. The property industry in Cebu is booming, but a foreigner noticed something wrong with the many ads coming out about the latest property or condo being built.

 

"They are all showing happy, white people, who are clearly not Filipinos. The real property buyers today are the young Filipinos with a lot of disposable income. They should change their ads to reflect that," he said.

He had to be explained that a lot of Filipino mentality was anchored on appearing as successful as caucasians.
