Italian gym equipment brand Spart perfect for advanced performance

There’s an Italian fitness equipment brand that’s catching the attention of weightlifting buffs and athletes looking for the right conditioning apparatus. It’s called Spart, presumably short for Spartan, designed for advanced performance. No wonder Olympic gold medalist and world weightlifting champion Hidilyn Diaz-Naranjo swears by Spart.

Weights start from 1.25 kg all the way up to 20 kg. There are light barbells available, perfect for wrist training and loadable dumbbells for light workouts to customize the weights using plates. Powerlifters like to use Spart barbells, plates and accessories, too.

Several types of barbells are in the menu, coming in different weights and material, each varying in terms of needle bearing (how much the bushing will spin), tensile strength and knurling pattern.
