WATCH: Zion Williamson suffers injury in Duke-UNC game
MANILA, Philippines -- Things aren't looking good for the Duke Blue Devils in their rivalry matchup against the North Carolina Tar Heels after Duke star Zion Williamson went down with an injury early in the game.
Williamson shocked the arena during Duke's very first possession when he fell to the ground after attempting to plant his foot to get into the lane.
The favorite to be this year's top NBA draft pick ripped through his left shoe during the fall and clutched his right leg in pain afterwards.
This was insane...let's hope Zion is OK

He limped off the court and tried to put weight on the injured leg but was soon brought into the locker room after meeting with Duke trainers.
Williamson was eventually ruled out for the rest of the game midway through the first half. The Blue Devils will have to make due without their star.
