Don Bosco invitational slated at Cangolf

MANILA, Philippines - The second Don Bosco Canlubang invitational tournament will be held tomorrow at the Canlubang Golf and Country Club’s South course as one of the highlight events of the 200th anniversary celebration of the school.

The 18-hole tournament, sponsored by Cherifer and the Lions Club District 301-D2 Pasig, has been set to help raise funds for the rehabilitation of the Don Bosco gym in Canlubang, Laguna and organized by the DB high school parents council headed by Tom Gualberto Meneses and committee chair architect Manny Banatin.

Tee-off time is slated from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m.

Among those invited to hit the ceremonial balls are Lions governor Santi Lim, Calamba Mayor Timmy Chipeco and Tomas David Aguilar Meneses, president of Metropolitan Pharma.
