Dy, Del Rosario top Valiant Bowling League

MANILA, Philippines - Francis Dy and former national team member Leah Del Rosario combined for 10,825 to seize the lead from doubles first conference champions Nolan Nabos and Esteban Tan after six weeks of the Valiant Bowling League at the Pearl Bowling Center in Baclaran.

The Nabos-Tan pair submitted a 10,757 series while Pol Custodio and Bobby Gonzales pooled 10,610 for third in the event sponsored by PG Flex Linoleum, Kentucky Manufacturing Corp., Pet City Hobby Specialist, Arowana Tshirt, New Dynasty China Airline, Sanctuarium Joseph Yang, Ben Reyes, Mon Aguilar and Metro Shirt, Inc.

Meanwhile, Gabriel Kho assembled a singles series of 956 to rule the monthly championship with Tan finishing second with 944. Margaret Koh took third with a 941.
