CSA gains 3 shots at WVL title

MANILA, Philippines - Colegio San Agustin-Makati sent three teams into three division finals of the 17th Women’s Volleyball League following big victories at the Xavier School gym over the weekend.

The Agustinians missed just the 17-Under Developmental Division where Escuela de Sophia scored the biggest comeback of the day to upset St. Scholastica’s College, 2-25, 25-12, 25-17 and earn the final berth against School of St. Anthony, a 25-19, 25-18 semifinals winner over St. Peter the Apostle School.

CSA beat St. Paul College-Makati, 25-12, 25-11, to earn a final berth in the 13-Under Developmental Division.
