Taekwondo program launched Nov 5

MANILA, Philippines - The Scientific Taekwondo Efficiency Program (STEP) will be launched Nov. 5 at Kalayaan Badminton Center in Diliman, Quezon City with the program open to adults and kids four years old and above.

To be conducted by Stauro Punongbayan, who has 13 years of teaching and coaching experience, the program includes physical fitness, values formation and life lessons that will be infused in the classes and activities.

“STEP is the first program that will include sports and deliberately include values education and life lessons for a fun and meaningful experience aimed at raising great kids and capturing their potential and maximizing them,” said Punongbayan.

STEP will also conduct outreach programs in partnership with the Rotary Club of Midtown Diliman and Hillcrest Family Life Baptist Church through free STEP taekwondo clinics beginning December.
